So I’m showing one of my investors client’s a 40 unit apartment building in Los Angeles area. As we preview one of the vacant units I look out the window and guess what I see? After a good chuckle, I turn to my client and say, “do we charge more for this unit being it’s a room with view?” - If you’re looking a commercial building with “a view” or other features – let me know!
